Powder coats have improved dramatically in the last decade. Zinc-rich primers are excellent. And yet, for equipment that will spend its life outdoors in Pakistan's climate, hot-dip zinc still wins.

Metallurgy, not paint

Hot-dip galvanising is not a coating — it is a metallurgical bond. Zinc alloys with the steel substrate to form a series of intermetallic layers. Scratching through the surface exposes zinc which sacrificially protects the steel beneath. No paint can do that.

Where paint helps

A powder-coat topcoat over galvanising gives you both the sacrificial protection and the colour finish the customer specified. Duplex systems (galvanise + powder coat) routinely double outdoor service life beyond either treatment alone.

Integrated in one workflow
